Walking lunges

These are hard… yes but are a phenomenal way to build unilateral stability (stability while being on one leg at a time) core strength, and hip mobility.

Make sure to take a step large enough that your knee isnt passing your toe when you squat down.

Try and avoid pushing up with your hand on your knee that is bent. Keep your back straight up while moving.
